Device for weaving flowers. Master classes on making flowers from threads with your own hands A device for weaving flowers from threads

Even children can. This is a simple and easy-to-use device that does not require special sewing or knitting skills. And, as practice has shown, it is difficult to stop adults if they have tried to make at least one flower on such a machine. Almost immediately, ideas for gifts for friends, kindergarten teachers, and teachers arise.

Flowers can be woven from absolutely any materials: knitting yarn, satin ribbons, decorative braid, jute rope, packing tape, raffia, etc. It all depends on your idea and imagination.

Knitting lovers will especially like this device. The remaining balls of yarn will be used to decorate a knitted hat, handbag or sweater with an elegant flower woven on Flower Loom.

The yarn is used to make cute brooches. Especially if you take yarn with uneven spinning, as in ours. Fluffy yarn (angora, mohair) produces delicate flowers; when joined together, they turn into a magnificent fabric - a shawl, stole, vest or cardigan.

The leftover colored yarn will be used to make many different colors that can be used to decorate a wall panel or rug.

Flowers are a universal decoration for any gift or souvenir. And those made on this machine are simply a godsend for lovers of scrapbooking and decoration. Woven from various materials, they give a special charm to scrap works.

Flower Loom is practically a pocket-sized device that does not take up much space in your purse. You can take it with you anywhere, whether you have to while away the time while waiting for your child to return from the pool or you are going on vacation to warmer climes. In any case, it may come in handy - it will help you spend time usefully or create a beautiful decoration from local colorful materials.

How Flower Loom works

The machine consists of a collapsible base with holes and a set of pins according to the number of holes. The pins are tapered downwards and are easy to insert and remove. The set also includes a plastic needle to secure the petals and form the center. You can take any needle with a large eye.

The holes on the base are arranged in four different diameters, according to the size of which the flowers are made. Each diameter has 12 holes, numbered from 1 to 12. Each hole on the base is designated by its own number, and each circle (diameter) is designated by the Latin letters A, B, C and D.

What you need for work:

  • Needle with a large eye (included in the set)
  • Threads from which we will weave a flower (yarn, ribbons, etc.)
  • Scissors

How to make a flower on Flower Loom

1. Insert the pins into the holes in the base. Depending on how many tiers of flower petals you want, we fill that many diameters with pins. In the given master class there are three diameters: the largest is D, the medium is C and the smallest is A.

2. Take the yarn and fasten the end of the thread between the upper and lower parts at the number 1.

3. Turn the device so that 7 is at the bottom and 1 is at the top.

4. We begin to lead the thread from 1 down, bending around pins numbered 7 and 6 in the direction from right to left (clockwise), then bending around the top two pins 12 and 11 in the same direction.

5. We go down between 6 and 7, grabbing 6 and 5, then up, grabbing 11 and 10. We continue to wind the thread, grabbing two columns at the top and bottom, until the end of the row. If you need a more magnificent bottom row, you can make 2 or even three rows of petals with a diameter of D.

6. We make the next (average) diameter of the petals C, following the example of the first D. In our case, there are three rows of petals of this diameter.

7. Similarly, we make the smallest diameter A, making 2 rows of petals.

8. It remains to secure the middle, which will hold all our petals. To do this, cut off the working thread, leaving a tip of 30-40 cm. We insert it into a needle with a large eye and pass down our flower in its very middle. Now we “surface” with a needle near any of the columns of row A and again down in the middle of the flower. So we go around the entire circle near each column of row A. We secure the thread by passing it in a random order up and down the middle of the flower and cut off the tail.

9. Carefully remove the pins from the holes and admire your work!

The entire process of making a flower on a luma is shown in our video tutorial:

Each ribbon, thread or yarn behaves in a very special way. One material produces rigid petals that clearly hold their shape. From another - soft and tender.
Experiment with different materials and you will be surprised by the results!

Is there at least one woman in the world who is indifferent to flowers? But everyone knows that these fragile, charming creations of nature do not live very long - both cut and growing in the garden. They quickly wither and cease to bring joy to housewives.

What to do?

How can we extend the life of these little wonders of nature? There is, perhaps, only one way - to immortalize them by making elegant crafts - flowers from threads - with your own hands (for example, from yarn). they weave, embroider, knit, craft from wire and a variety of available materials. There are also thread flowers on cardboard. Making them with your own hands is not at all difficult.

Creating flowers from multi-colored threads is a creative and very exciting activity. The craftswoman will need a considerable amount of patience and perseverance. In addition, you need imagination, without which it is difficult to come up with something original. Of course, a good eye and dexterous flexible fingers are important.

Well, let's try to do this exciting thing - creating fantasy flowers from threads with your own hands.

What do we need

Any work requires the preliminary preparation of all necessary materials and auxiliary tools. In this case, we will need threads or yarn. We will choose it depending on the planned model, having decided on the type, color and size of future products. The color palette depends on this, which is best taken in the traditional range - for recognition.

Of course, you can make bright blue roses or black peonies. Perhaps it will be original. But in our case, I think that our handmade thread flowers should have maximum similarity to natural prototypes. For the same reasons, we pay attention to the texture of the threads. If the yarn is very complex, with an intricate structure, it will not be easy to work with, and the result will not always be predictable.

It is best to use threads of medium thickness, especially for needlewomen without experience. If you can’t find a suitable yarn, you can take a thinner one and fold it two or three times. On the contrary, the volume of threads that are too thick is reduced by delamination.

The easiest way to make flowers is from acrylic. This yarn has all the necessary properties - it is fluffy, slightly stretchy, and easy to wind on wire. However, threads of mixed composition are not prohibited.

Knitting needles, hook and wire

You can’t make it with your own hands without a hook and knitting needles. Let them be of different sizes. You will need to knit large flowers with thick knitting needles, and smaller ones with thin knitting needles. In our business we cannot do without wire of various thicknesses. Its large segments will form the frame of twigs and large petals, while the small diameter will be used to make weightless, airy leaves.

Before starting work, the wire must be washed clean to eliminate any possible oily deposits. This can be done by wiping it with a cotton swab soaked in alcohol or simply washing it with soap and water under the tap. This way our future craft will look neat and clean.

The wire may also vary in composition. For the stem of each flower, a strong steel one is suitable, which almost does not bend. It will also be able to imitate large branches. Thinner copper wire, which is easy to bend, will become the basis of leaves, petals and buds.

What else is needed

The tools you should take are scissors, wire cutters and, of course, pliers. Without them it is difficult to work with wire. You will need to bite off even pieces of it, press the protruding ends, or weave them together and secure them. Sharp, strong scissors will be needed to cut the threads - sometimes a whole bunch.

The needlewoman cannot do without additional materials - glue, foam rubber, cotton wool, cardboard, acrylic paints, which will have to be used to tint a piece of wire that was accidentally left blank during the process of winding the thread. With their help, you can also change the color of the yarn if you couldn’t find the right shade in the store.

Having prepared everything necessary (material, tools), let's think about the plan for creating our future product.

Preparatory work

How to make a flower from threads with your own hands? If you want to reproduce one or another of its types, examine the sample very carefully. Pay attention to the proportions. You may need to take a ruler and measure the comparative sizes of the petals and buds.

Then try to copy the floral elements, repeating the dimensions of a real living plant. The basis will be a wire outline, woven and attached to a living flower to adjust the size and shape.

If your future product has an intricate outline, it is first drawn on paper. All components are created separately, then applied to the sketch to adjust the dimensions - width and length. After which the disparate fragments are joined together.

Making leaves

Flower leaves of any size and shape are made in one of two ways. The technology of the first of them involves the use of threads, knitting needles and wire. Using these techniques, not only leaves are created, but also flower petals.

So let's get started. Loops of the required width are cast on the knitting needles from yarn selected by color and thickness. Then the collected row of loops is carefully transferred to the wire, a section of which should be bent in half and the ends of the threads secured. The wire and thread are twisted and the excess protruding ends are cut off. From such wire loops, giving them different shapes, you can get many leaves and petals.

Second way

Another method is winding. Thanks to it, we will be able to obtain leaves with a more complex shape. The work ahead is painstaking and requires a lot of patience. The basis of each petal is its own individual small frame. Having bent it from wire, it is wrapped with thread, then filled with yarn.

The edges of the leaf can be decorated by carefully stitching with another thread (contrasting or slightly different in shade from the main color). You can weave a thin cord from threads and sew it around the edges of the petal.

What do you need to know when making these leaves? The interwire space must be completely filled. Without this, our product will not look neat. When winding the thread, try not to allow any skips. The ends of each thread should be carefully hidden under the base.

How to make flowers from threads with your own hands: master class No. 1

As an example of making such a craft, we present a small master class on creating a specific flower - the tiger lily.

What should you stock up on? First of all, a small skein of wire (fairly thin) and a certain amount of thread. Take colors red, yellow and light green. Prepare a set of acrylic paints with a thin brush, a little cotton wool, a tube of PVA glue and red nail polish. Don't let the work ahead scare you. The process of creating this elegant flower is not nearly as complicated as it seems at first.

Making a tiger lily

Bend the thin wire in half. Future petals should have an elongated shape. If you don’t have a real flower at hand, find a corresponding photo on the Internet. Using the wrapping method, surround the top of the petal with red thread and the bottom with yellow thread. The transition between these two colors should be smoothed out - painted over with acrylic paint.

Decorate part of the yellow petal with small brown dots. One petal is ready. Repeat all of the above several more times, making 5-6 of the same petals.

Then we move on to making the stamens. Wet a small piece of cotton wool and twist it tightly. Wrap the middle of the resulting lump with thin wire, twisting the remaining ends of the required length together. If you have the opportunity to keep a living flower on hand as a sample, you can carefully measure the length of its stamens with a small ruler.

Cover the dried cotton wool with a couple of layers of glue, waiting for each of them to dry completely. In order for the manufactured stamens to take on a natural red color, they should either be painted with varnish (acrylic paint) or wrapped with a thin red thread. In total you will need to make six to seven pieces.

Continued work

The pestle is made in the same way - using the same cotton wool, glue and threads, this time green. Its shape and size will be suggested by the image of a real lily. Surround the pistil with stamens and secure everything together. For verisimilitude, lightly press down each of the stamens, then the resulting design is complemented by pre-made flower petals. Some of them are attached from the inside, some from the outside.

All remaining and protruding wire ends are wrapped with light green thread, and a thick piece of wire is attached to them, simulating a stem on which the winding continues. To make the work look neat, the threads should be fixed here and there on the wire with glue.

If your goal is to achieve complete verisimilitude, then you will need some more green leaves. They are made using one of the methods described above and attached simultaneously with the winding of the stem. If your tiger lily is part of a large floral arrangement that includes many different flowers, you can do without the green leaves.

An easier option

But here’s a simpler master class for you - do you want to quickly make a cute bright yellow bouquet of fluffy flowers from yarn? To do this, you need very little - in addition to a skein of woolen threads in a rich sunny color, take a long piece of thick wire or a few metal skewers. Tools you will need are wire cutters and thread scissors.

Choose the optimal size for the length of each stem. It can be different - it will look more natural. Use wire cutters to cut the wire or skewers into pieces of the desired length.

Wrap the thread around your index and middle fingers, making about 30 turns. Leave the tip long enough. After removing the resulting skein from your fingers, tighten the thread in the center of the resulting small ball, dividing it into halves. All loops should be cut simultaneously with scissors.

What can we do?

Their size may vary, so you can take small scissors and cut each petal separately. Having fluffed the flower and given it a spherical shape, cut off the protruding ends of the threads. Then secure the resulting fluffy ball to a wire stem.

You can make such flowers from threads with your own hands in quantities of 11-15 pieces or more, depending on the volume of the vase in which you want to place your bright, elegant bouquet. The procedure for making a fluffy bright yellow “dandelion” is so simple that, having made one or two copies, you will automatically continue making it while looking at the TV.

Such a bright yellow bouquet will not only decorate the windowsill in the apartment, but will also pleasantly refresh the interior of the work office. You can also give it to friends as a fun gift.

Making flowers from threads with your own hands: another master class

Here's another wonderfully easy way. Even a child can make flowers made from thread and glue with his own hands. You will need balloons, multi-colored spools, scissors and the same tube of PVA.

All balloons are inflated and carefully tied so that they do not deflate during operation. The next step is to carefully wrap each of them with thread. To easily and freely unwind them from a spool or ball, put the threads in a jar with a wide neck.

We begin to wind the threads onto the balloons pre-coated with glue. As a result, we get several large multi-colored cocoons. After waiting for the glue to dry completely, remove the ball from the cocoon. To do this, carefully pierce it with a needle and pull it out through one of the cells.

Beauty, and that's all!

As a result, we have a weightless openwork product in the form of a ball made of multi-colored threads. Now this ball should be cut into two hemispheres, and each of them, in turn, should be processed with scissors, rounding the edges in the shape of flower petals. Thus, each of the balls will bring us two bright, wonderful, elegant flowers. Such DIY thread flowers for children can be an excellent decoration for a holiday room.

If you want your products to look even more elegant, you can decorate them with small rhinestones on top or sprinkle them with colored varnish.

Using 12 interchangeable plastic pins and four more circles traced onto a plastic base, you can make flowers and tassels in a variety of sizes and styles.

This device has interchangeable pins to make different sizes and patterns. Each hole is marked with its own number; you can figure it out according to the instructions. Each circle on the plate has 12 holes, numbered 1 to 12. There are 4 circles in total on the plate. Each circle is marked with letters A, B, C and D. Thanks to this, sockets can be made in four sizes.

Device for weaving flowers, how to use

And it's very easy to use.

Insert pins into each hole of circle D. Attach the end of the thread by pinching it between the top and bottom pieces. Then hold the tool so that number 1 is at the top and number 7 is at the bottom. Bring the thread from number 1 down, in a right to left direction, around pins 7 and 6. Then, bring the thread up around pins 12 and 1, in the same way, in a right to left direction.

Continue working in the same way, counterclockwise, each time winding the thread around a still free and already engaged pin: that is, around pins 8 and 7 and around pins 1 and 2.

This way you can make any circular rows depending on the thickness of the rosette you need.

In words the explanation is long, in reality everything is much simpler than in words.

Now sew the middle of your rosette. You can sew with a thread of yarn of the same color from which the rosette is made, or any other color. If you do not change the thread, you can use the working thread coming from the skein.

Sew with a darning needle. Bring the needle down between pins 1 and 2, then up between pins 3 and 4, then work in the same rhythm until you have completed the round. Skip one bundle of thread and sew the next one, as already described.

As a result, a star-shaped figure is formed in the center of your rosette.

At the end of the work, secure the beginning of the thread, secured between the upper and lower parts, and the thread with which the middle of the rosette was sewn in the middle of the rosette.

Now you can remove the pins from the finished model; it already holds without them.

Attach the end of the thread by pinching it between the top and bottom pieces. Then place the thread in the middle of the plate and pass it in a left to right direction around the pin located on the right next to pin 1. Then bring the thread in a right to left direction around the pin on the left next to pin 7. Next, bring the thread diagonally up in a right to left direction around pin 1, then down again in a left to right direction around pin 7. Work counterclockwise until all the pins are wrapped around.

These steps can be repeated as many times as you want to make a flower from.

At the end of the work, cut the thread, thread the end of the thread into a darning needle, pass it into the middle of the flower, making a couple of stitches of “forward needle” and “backward needle” seams to secure it, and that’s it.

The machine for weaving floral motifs from Tenerife can be used both for creating large items from individual elements, and for creating accessories consisting of one or several elements. This lesson describes the process of creating a brooch on a Tenerife machine. To work on a brooch, you need to prepare suitable yarn, as well as a bead to decorate the central part of the brooch. When preparing the Tenerife set, it is worth choosing from the available small diameter templates a round template and a hexagonal template. For Tenerife, you will still need to prepare a plastic needle with a large eye to decorate the middle of the floral motif. To make it easier to apply thread to the pins of the template, it doesn’t hurt to prepare a small drink tube in advance. To sew on the beads you will also need a regular sewing needle.

Flower brooch master class

Step No. 1. So, all the materials and tools for creation are prepared and you can start creating a brooch. To do this, we install the selected templates on the Tenerife base in the corresponding grooves.

Step No. 2. Thread the thread of the bottom layer of the floral motif through the prepared drink straw.

Step No. 3 At the end of the thread we make a small knot and secure it on the side of the Tenerife base in a special slot.

Step No. 4. We pull the thread itself and draw it down, draw it from below under the pin and return it to the top.

Step No. 6. Having gone around the pin from above, we return the thread to the middle and change the direction so that from below the thread goes around the pin, which is located adjacent to the lower pin from the previous step.

Step No. 7. So we draw the thread in a circle to get the first petals of the flower motif.

Step No. 8. In total you will need to make three rows of such petals.

Step #9. Apply the next layer in the same way using thread to a round template of small diameter.

Step #10. You also need to make three rows of petals.

Step #11. Having finished applying the thread, carefully remove the templates from the base so that the central part remains in the flower.

Step #12. Gently press out the central pin with a plastic needle with a thick eye.

Step #13. We secure all the threads of the end and beginning of work on the back side using a regular knot.

Step No. 14. We decorate the middle of the flower by sewing stitches through the center and middle of the petals.

Step #15. Now along the edge we will decorate the central part of the flower with stitches.

This is what you should get.

Step No. 16. Remove the flower from the templates.

Step #17. Sew a bead into the central part of the flower and secure all the threads on the back side.

Step #18. We also sew the base for the brooch there.

The brooch is ready. Making the brooch took no more than an hour. Well, now you know how to make it. Create with inspiration, live with pleasure!

Surely many of you have seen various knitting accessories.

Today in our stores you can find a huge variety of knitting devices. A wide variety of colors and shapes.

Just a couple of months ago, when I once again went to the Sofia store (a yarn and accessories store), I looked at what was new besides knitting needles and hooks.

In this article I will talk about the devices that I have.

It all started with a purchase plastic needle.

(I thought I would sew finished products for her) but as it turned out, the eye of the needle was too thick. And this needle was just lying in the box...

Until one day I bought pompom making device

I have a device for pompoms in the form of rings, in three sizes.
This is where the needle I bought earlier came in handy. It is convenient to thread the thread into the ring to make pompoms using a needle.

Row counter, needle size 4.25-6.5 mm

I put the row counter on a knitting needle (it’s convenient for me when knitting the heel of socks so that there is an equal number of rows) It has a small counter mechanism that I move manually after each knitted row. This way you can see at any time which row of the pattern is in progress.

Tip for knitting needles (mine is for knitting needles No. 5)

When it is necessary to stop work, I put the tip on the knitting needles so that the loops do not fall off.

Centimeter Tape, Measuring Ruler, Foot Measurer

Tape measure- used for taking measurements. Numbers printed on both sides.

Yardstick to determine the number of knitting needles, hooks
This ruler will come in handy if you have knitting needles that do not have a number on them.
Determines the number of spokes in three number systems:
* regular (number of spokes = diameter in mm)
* US
* IMPERIAL
Suitable for knitting needles with a diameter from 2 mm to 10 mm. (There were knitting needles without numbers, I had to buy them)

Also available foot meter(made by husband)
The foot gauge is very convenient to find out the length of the foot when knitting socks.
We place the heel at the 0cm mark and where the big toe ends, look at the length of your foot

SPOKES

Spokes- This is the main tool for hand knitting. The quality and appearance of knitted products largely depends on the correct selection of knitting needles. How are they different?
Depending on the material they are made of, the knitting needles can be aluminum, steel, wood, bone, plastic, etc.
* Most often, knitting needles made of steel are used for knitting, since they do not bend and do not stain the fabric. However, it should be noted that if you need thick knitting needles, then steel ones will still be a bit heavy.
* Aluminum knitting needles are very light, but they do not allow you to knit a product from light yarn, since the yarn gets dirty due to friction. Aluminum knitting needles can only be used when knitting with dark-colored yarn.
* Plastic or wooden knitting needles are suitable for fluffy yarn, as these knitting needles allow you to knit fabric that is soft and loose in quality, at which the beauty of the threads is visible. But we must remember that plastic or wooden knitting needles are fragile, so if you want to purchase such knitting needles, choose a size no thinner than 3.5 mm

As you noticed, each of the spokes has its own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, if you need thin knitting needles for work, give preference to steel ones, as they are hard and very durable. If you need thick knitting needles, choose wooden, plastic and others, because they are lightweight (thin knitting needles made from these materials bend and break quickly). As for aluminum knitting needles, they stain light-colored items, so it is better to use them when knitting items made from dark yarn.

The knitting needles vary in number. The number is the diameter of the spoke in millimeters. That is, knitting needles No. 2 have a diameter of 2 mm, knitting needles No. 5 have a diameter of 5 mm, etc. To obtain a medium-density knitted fabric, you should select knitting needles that are 1.5-2 times thicker than the yarn. However, we must remember that the knitting density is different for each knitter, so the selection of knitting needles is strictly individual. When choosing knitting needles, you need to take into account the pattern with which your product will be knitted. Thus, openwork patterns are knitted more tightly, and patterns made from crossed loops (for example, braids) are knitted more loosely than stocking fabric.

Stocking needles

- this is a set of 5 knitting needles with two working ends. When knitting with stocking needles, the loops are divided into 4 needles and knitted with the 5th needle. Stocking needles are used for knitting small items (mittens, socks, gloves) in the round.
I have double needles No. 2, No. 3, No. 4.

I also have long knitting needles No. 4 and No. 5

(single-point) knitting needles - have one working end and a ring or ball at the other end. These knitting needles are used to knit large pieces that have closed edges on both sides (for example: pullover pieces, scarves).

Circular (ring) knitting needles

- have two working ends connected by a flexible cable or fishing line. They are used to knit a product in the round so that it turns out without seams (skirts, hats).
Since I needed 2 knitting needles No. 2.5 to knit booties, I purchased circular knitting needles.

CROTTING HOOKS

When knitting, they often use a crochet hook.
There are two types of hooks: short, which are used for simple knitting (air loops and stitches), and long (for Tunisian knitting).
Hooks are made from various materials - metal, bone,
plastic, wood.
All hooks are divided into numbers.
Its number is the diameter in millimeters, for example the diameter of hook No. 2 is 2 mm.
The thickness of the hook is selected according to the thickness of the material and the selected pattern.
The tip of the hook should not be too rounded, as it will be difficult to catch the thread. The tip should not be too sharp, as it can injure your fingers.
A prerequisite that crochet hooks must meet is a large cutout, in this case it will be easy to hold the thread

I have:
* metal hooks from No. 1-1.6,
*dark blue Kartopu No. 3.5,
* pink “double” two different numbers on one hook on one side No. 1.8 on the other No. 1.2)
*green No. 2 (bought during the USSR, inherited from my mother)

Knitting pin and thread cutter (scissors)

Knitting pin looks like a large safety pin. Convenient pin for knitting. Covered with non-slip Teflon coating.
I use it when I knit a scarf..(so that the knitted piece of the scarf does not get dirty or interfere) also regular pins

Thread cutter (scissors or (snipper)) Dor-Tak with one ring, an indispensable assistant. They fit well in the hand, thanks to the ergonomic handle. Precise cutting to the very ends, automatic return to the starting position. I really like that the scissors have a lid to close them.

A couple of days ago, after looking on the Internet what else had been invented for knitting, I came across the Tenerife device.
Although it is still unclear how to knit flowers on this device (instructions included in the kit are in Arabic)

Device for weaving flowers using the Tenerife technique

A large universal device - a template for creating flower blanks. With this device you can easily and quickly make a flower to decorate clothes and accessories. Or create blanks, combining which you will get a beautiful airy product - a shawl, stole, top or vest.
You can work with any yarn or ribbon to add variety to your projects.
The kit includes a base with pins and a plastic needle with a large eye.
Unfortunately, all the videos that are on the Internet are in Spanish or Chinese... Since I am not a polyglot, I had to master the instructions for “Tenerife” on my own (looking at the video clip). In the photo next to “Tenerife” there is a flower knitted by me.

Also used for knitting:

Knitting markers

(marking rings) are a very useful thing to use. They are used to make marks on the fabric while knitting. For example, mark the beginning/end of a row when knitting in the round, raglan loops, mark the places where loops are decreased, separate loops, etc.
The set includes 20 plastic elements in the shape of a semi-curl in two sizes.

Doll for weaving a cord

Using this cord weaving device, you can make your own decorative jewelry, belts, toys, etc.
Cord diameter - 1.5 cm.

Thimble for knitting jacquards

- needed when you use threads of several colors in one row when making a jacquard pattern. The thimble is placed on the left index finger. From 2 to 4 threads can be pulled through small loops at the same time.

Knitting fork

Using a “fork,” strips with long loops are knitted, which are then crocheted together, creating a fabric of the desired size and shape. An additional tool is required - a crochet hook, the size of the hook depends on the thickness of the thread. Yarn of any texture and thickness is suitable for knitting on a fork. Universal knitting fork VL-10, sizes from 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 100 mm. The fork consists of 3 metal rods and 2 plastic holders with holes. Assembly: width is adjustable with 3 rods. The rods are fixed in special holes, which are located in plastic holders.
there is also this fork

extra knitting needles

Extra knitting needles help you knit braids, cable ties, and crossed stitch patterns. Loops are placed on them according to the knitting description of the selected pattern.

"Tenerife" with removable pins

(The device is universal. You can set the shape (circle, square) and size of the template as desired simply by arranging the pins in the desired order.)

Yarn winder (a machine for winding thread into balls)

A yarn winder is an indispensable device for everyone who knits, especially for needlewomen who purchase yarn for knitting in large quantities. The manual yarn winder is designed very simply; it is equipped with a table mount and a thread tension regulator, thanks to which the yarn is wound tightly and efficiently.
Using a winder, you can not only rewind yarn into even balls, but also carefully wind yarn from a failed or old product for reuse. The ball created by the winder has two free ends that can be used for knitting in two threads

Circular knitting machine

Circular knitting on 44 needles, straight knitting on 40 needles. A great opportunity to quickly knit scarves, hats, socks and much more with minimal time.
This is a children's knitting machine

.
I think that an adult can knit on it too.

Holder for a ball of thread

The holder is designed for placing a ball or skein of yarn inside. Particularly convenient to use when pulling thread from the center of a skein.
This pleasure costs 51 hryvnia (198 rubles)
I also found a homemade holder

I think it's not difficult to make it yourself.

Since I don’t have a ball holder weighing 100 grams, I came up with the idea of putting the thread in a bag. then I tie a knot at the top of the bag and pull out the thread.

and here is a holder for a ball weighing 50 grams (the holder was purchased in the fishing department)

Brush for wool products

Designed for removing pellets from woolen products and fabrics. (price 20 hryvnia (70 rubles))

Spoke covers.

Covers for hooks

the cost of covers is from 65 hryvnia (233 rubles)

Also in the fishing section I saw a tube that can be twisted to different lengths.
Fishermen call it a float tube

but this tube can be used to store knitting needles and hooks

*The skein or ball of thread from which you knit your product should be kept in a basket or box so that the thread flows from bottom to top, without obstacles and evenly.
*To prevent the yarn from becoming dirty during the knitting process, if you are working with light threads, you can put the ball in a small, preferably a plastic bag, pulled together from above so that the thread can freely pass out of it through a small hole.
*Vision does not become tired if your dress does not ripple in front of your eyes while working. To do this, place a white napkin or other piece of light-colored fabric on your knees and legs. This is especially necessary if you are working with very dark colored yarn.
*The workplace should be very well lit. When working, you need to sit straight, touching the back of the chair with your body.
The workplace must be in complete order. Before starting and after finishing work, you should wash your hands so that the thread and knitted fabric always remain clean, and there are no small particles of yarn left on your hands.

And don’t forget to put your knitting accessories in one box or bag after finishing knitting.

This way you will know that everything for knitting is together and not lying in the closet on different shelves.

I hope that the material in this article will greatly facilitate the work of both beginners and experienced knitters.
